Error on Indexing page - Unable to connect to the remote server Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Storage.StorageException: Unable to connect to the remote server

description

Hi Lombiq team,

Thanks for making this module open source. I really appreciate your gesture.
So, after getting the source code and enabling the module in Orchard tenant. I'm getting below error message when trying to access Indexing settings.

It would be great if you could suggest what configuration is missing in this case.
We also observed that the download does not contain Piedone.HelpfulLibraries reference dll.

An unhandled exception has occurred and the request was terminated. Please refresh the page. If the error persists, go back

Thanks for letting us know this.

This was missing from the Readme (added), but you have to configure the storage connection string where the module should store indices in the Web.config (or through the Azure Portal) with the key "Lombiq.Hosting.Azure.Indexing.StorageConnectionString" (you can add an appSettings or connectionStrings entry).

The Helpful Libraries reference was an unused leftover, removed.

Thanks Piedone!
Adding Lombiq.Hosting.Azure.Indexing.StorageConnectionString in Azure configuration as ConnectionString did the work.. Thanks for your quick response.
